NOTE: The prices listed are general guidelines and starting prices for a small, basic website of up to 10 pages. Each website is unique, with varying features and content. It's impossible to give an accurate quote for web design without discussing your requirements. If your needs are different from those listed below, please send an enquiry. Prices for web design include on-page search engine optimisation services.

SEO pricing is not necessarily straightforward, as providing SEO for your site might require completely rewriting your site, depending on the current state of the coding/markup. Again, it's impossible to give an accurate quote until assessing your site and discussing your requirements. Additionally, SEO involves on-page and off-page features. The prices listed are for doing on-page SEO. Off-page features, such as blogs, backlinking, and Google advertising setup will incur additional costs.

How it Works

An initial phone consultation should be sufficient in order to determine if you wish to use our services. After that, it is recommended to meet in person in order to discuss your requirements. This will probably take 2-3 hours, to allow for thorough understanding of your business, how to best present it, and your personal preferences for the site. It will be most helpful if you come to the consultation as prepared as possible. This can include a disc of photos, if relevant; a written outline of key points that need to be included in the text; as much information as possible about your business or field of interest; a rough sketch of how you would like the site to look; and links to any sites you like, as a guide to your design preferences.

All work done on your site will be available to you online for review, and amendments will be made as necessary. Normally a website can be completed in 2-3 weeks; however, depending on the complexity of the site, number of pages, amendments, and communication time, this may take longer.

Webitseo will design a website of any nature, including sites with adult/sexual content, with the following conditions: Webitseo will not depict or include information about any illegal activity, including but not limited to illegal drugs; firearms; any adult/sexual material relating to minors, animals, or extreme brutality. Webitseo will not use plagiarised material or copyrighted photos. Webitseo maintains the right to refuse any work it finds distasteful, offensive, or otherwise inapporpriate for our services.

All information shared by you with Webitseo will be held in strict confidence to ensure your privacy and anonymity. No information about your business or personal affairs will ever be disclosed to competitors or any other entity. Your email address will never be sold or disclosed to any entity. With your written permission only, your website may be featured on www.webitseo.com as an example of our work.

If work on your web design is not able to be finished due to lack of communication on your part and extends beyond 60 days from the initial consultation, an additional weekly fee may be charged until work is able to be finished, OR no further work will be undertaken and all design work will be held by Webitseo. This does not include your personal property such as discs, photos, brochures or any other reference material provided to us. These items will be returned to you.

A deposit of £100 is required at the initial consultation to begin work on your site, with the balance due upon completion. Any unpaid balances will be reported to credit agencies, which may affect your credit rating.
